Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid enrollments with Infrastructuresolutions (for example Cohort Intensive seats). The website itself does not process payments; this Policy applies once you have paid via invoice or other agreed method.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment if the cohort has not started and you have not accessed downloadable cohort materials beyond the welcome packet.

Full and partial refunds

If you cancel at least 7 days before the first live session, we issue a full refund minus any non-refundable third-party processing fees actually incurred. Cancellations between 6 days and 24 hours before start may receive a 50% partial refund. After the first live session begins, tuition is generally non-refundable, though we may offer a credit toward a later cohort at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

• Audit Briefing seats within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
• Custom Partner Desk retainers after the first working session of a billing month.
• Third-party payment processing fees where the processor does not return them.

Refund process

Email contact@infrastructuresolutions.digital with your full name, enrollment date, program name, and reason. Include “Refund request” in the subject line. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days.

Cancellation by Infrastructuresolutions

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected. Documented medical or force-majeure situations may be reviewed case by case for credit or partial refund beyond the schedules above.
